Chocolate Mousse Cake: Layers of moist, dark chocolate cake, separated by decadent white and milk chocolate mousse. NB!! Also available in either white or milk chocolate mousse.

Shelf life: 4 days (must be refrigerated)

 

Carrot Cake: A moist carrot and nut cake filled with layers of rich cream cheese icing.

Red Velvet: A moist, chocolate-based cake, red in its colour, filled with layers of rich cream cheese icing.

Zesty Lemon Cake: A dense lemon cake, filled with layers of delicious, zesty lemon ganache – a refreshing choice of flavour.

Fruit Cake: A traditional wedding cake flavour that is dense in nature and filled with various fruits and nuts. Must be soaked in brandy to be preserved.

Shelf life: Long lasting if stored in an airtight container and preserved with brandy.
